Registration fees

The registration fees for IFToMM Asian MMS 2024 are payable in Kazakhstan tenge only. Euro rates, based on the exchange rate of December 2023, are for your reference only. The registration fees in Kazakhstan tenge remain the same, and will not be changed with future exchange rate fluctuations.

The registration fees cover various benefits, including access to technical sessions, exhibitions, the welcome reception, the banquet, refreshments during breaks, program book, and a 4-week access link to the Electric Proceedings of the Springer Book Series "Mechanism and Machine Science."

For accompanying persons, their registration fee includes access to the welcome reception, the banquet, and refreshments during breaks.

*It is important to note that according to IFToMM Asian MMS 2024 policy, at least one author of a full paper must be registered for the conference prior to the final submission deadline of June 1st, 2024. Failure to register before this deadline will result in the exclusion of the full paper from the proceedings of IFToMM Asian MMS 2024. Additionally, before submitting the final full paper, the author must be registered in one of the three registration categories: Member, Non-member, or Student. Each registered author is eligible to submit one final full paper. If an author intends to submit more than one full paper, an additional full paper submission fee is required for each additional submission.
